I love cooking lunches ahead of time.
I like the feeling that I am prepared and in the morning Applehead and myself can grab a box and be out the door with minimal fuss.
So when I started researching this Bento Box craze I was in love. Its not much work with basic skills but it is a lot planning.
latest Bento of Mini Spam Musubi and some leftover spinach and cheese tortelinni. With that is a small salad of baby spinach and arugala with a skewer of apples, pears and blueberries and a skewer of olives and cheese.

I might have to get on the Bento band wagon. Talk about convenience during the work week.
It is VERY addictive. You start seeing all the ways you can get good food packed into a small place. So I guess thats good for you in the end and very fun.
And at about the cost of tupperware for containers its not bad at all.
